2Do you offer free quotes?

Yes. All quotes from OneSource Property Solutions are completely free and come with no obligation to proceed. We typically arrange a site visit to properly assess the work involved and provide you with an accurate, itemised written quotation.

3Are you accredited?

Yes. OneSource Property Solutions is Citation Health & Safety Approved and SMAS Worksafe PQQ Registered. These independent accreditations verify that we operate to the highest standards of health, safety, and professional practice.

4Do you work on both residential and commercial properties?

Absolutely. We work with homeowners, landlords, property developers, housing associations, and commercial businesses. Our team has experience across a wide range of property types, from single residential homes to multi-unit commercial developments.

5Can you manage a full property refurbishment from start to finish?

Yes — full project management is one of our core strengths. We handle everything from initial stripping and structural work through to plastering, decorating, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and final clean. You have a single point of contact throughout, with complete accountability.

6How long does a plastering job typically take?

This depends heavily on the size and scope of the work. A single room skim might take one to two days, while a full house re-plaster could take a week or more. During our free site visit, we will give you an accurate programme of works alongside your written quotation.

7What is included in your end-of-tenancy cleaning service?

Our end-of-tenancy clean is a comprehensive deep clean of the entire property. This typically includes cleaning all surfaces, appliances, kitchen units, bathrooms, windows (internal), skirting boards, light fittings, and carpet cleaning. We can tailor the scope to meet your specific requirements or inventory check specifications.

8Do I need planning permission for an extension, and can you help with this?

Whether planning permission is required depends on the size, type, and location of the proposed extension. Many single-storey extensions fall within permitted development rights and do not require full planning permission. Our team has experience navigating planning requirements and can advise you during the initial consultation.

9Can you provide a loft conversion?

Yes. Loft conversions are one of the building and construction services we offer. We handle all aspects including structural work, insulation, staircase installation, electrical and plumbing first fix, and finishing. We project manage the full conversion from planning through to completion.

10What type of joinery work do you undertake?

Our joinery team handles a wide range of work including bespoke staircases, door hanging and frame installation, skirting and architrave, fitted wardrobes and storage, window boards, and commercial shopfitting joinery. We work with hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, and modern composite materials.
